Servicing locations from Florida to North Carolina
Express Parking is a valet and parking management company serving first-class properties, resorts, garages and mixed-use buildings since 1989. Our people park over half a million cars a year — and we trained every one of them ourselves.
About Express Parking
Express Parking is a personalized, locally owned service, and has been since 1989. Ownership and management are always a phone call away, so concerns get resolved promptly whatever the hour. Every standard and procedure we run was developed out of long client relationships, and today we operate at more than 25 properties with over 100 team members.
Parking is at a premium in almost every town, and valet has become a convenience rather than a luxury — often the reason a guest picks one place over another. Our trained professionals park over half a million cars a year at hotels and resorts, country clubs, restaurants, hospitals, office buildings, parking decks, theaters, shopping centers and special events across Florida and the Southeast. Most owners find their time is better spent perfecting their own service, and leaving the parking to us.
Ownership

Service Models
Valet becomes an extension of your hospitality rather than another charge at the door. Guests enjoy a hassle-free, luxurious arrival that lifts the whole visit and encourages them to come back.
Convenient, familiar and straightforward. Guests pay a nominal fee when they hand over the car, which offsets the cost of the service for the property while keeping every other standard identical.
For properties with their own parking, we take on the whole operation: staffing, equipment, signage, gate systems, car counts and revenue reporting, under a management agreement with reports available to you at any time.
Galas, weddings, openings, club functions and seasonal peaks. Our personnel pool keeps on-call staff available every day of the week, so we can scale to your guest count — including late changes.
Models can be combined and adapted to multi-tenant properties, split shifts and seasonal hours. What it costs depends on hours, volume and staffing, so we put every arrangement in writing — tell us about the property and we will send a full proposal with staffing, equipment and reporting laid out.

How It Works
Our operations begin fifteen to twenty minutes before service, giving attendants time to arrive, park and set up the valet stand — so the team is ready for the first guest as well as the last.
Guests drive into an easily visible valet lane where an attendant is already waiting at the podium.
Passengers are welcomed with a warm, personalized greeting as a uniformed attendant opens the door and introduces themselves by name.
Vehicle and contact details go straight into our software and a digital ticket is sent to the guest's phone by text. Returning guests can be identified by license plate or VIP card instead.
The attendant escorts the guest to the entrance and opens the door — the same arrival experience in any season and any weather.
When guests are ready to leave they tap the link in their text message, which opens a secure page where they can request the car and tip or pay — without leaving their seat.
The request appears as a push notification at the podium and on every attendant's phone, with the guest's name attached. Average wait is three to five minutes.
Vehicles are delivered to the front door via a designated departure lane, waiting as the guest steps outside.
The attendant checks the ticket on the guest's phone, hands over the keys personally and opens the doors. Where a phone isn't available, ticket number, name, plate and phone number verify ownership.
Digital Ticketing
Every guest receives a digital ticket on their phone. No paper stub to lose, no queue at the podium.
Guests request the car ahead of walking out, so the average wait at the door is three to five minutes.
Regulars are set up with a unique QR code, sticker or license plate scan, and greeted by name every time they arrive.
Guests can tip or pay from their phone or in cash, which keeps departures moving and removes the awkward fumble at the curb.
Photographs of vehicles are taken each night, which avoids unnecessary claims and protects both of us on liability.
Car counts, arrival and departure windows and cellphone data, delivered monthly so you can see exactly how your traffic behaves.
Thank-you messages after a visit, or notes about upcoming specials, closures and holiday events — sent to the guests who have already chosen you once.
New features arrive frequently and are rolled out across our locations at no extra cost to the property.
Our Standards
We hire only the most responsible attendants, selected on personality, attitude and service experience. Everyone completes a comprehensive training program, and all employees are security checked with records kept on file.
We pay well above the industry average and promote from within, because clients come to know our attendants by name — and we intend to keep them.
Ownership answers the phone twenty-four hours a day. Issues are acknowledged immediately and resolved the same day or the next — no ticket queue, no account manager you have never met.
A ten-page employee manual customized to your location, a separate forty-page handbook for managers, and our own video training program covering key identification, procedure and customer service.
Professional ticketing and gate equipment, signage designed to promote your establishment rather than clutter it, coded key cabinets holding keys for over 300 vehicles, and a strict uniform program at every location.
Staffing runs through a personnel pool, with two on-call team members available every day of the week to cover unexpected volume or emergencies.
Managers work nightly on site, tracking shift notes, guest ratings and reviews rather than reading about problems later. A trusted location supervisor is always available.
Car count and revenue reports are kept at each location and available for review at any time. Contracts renew yearly with a thirty-day cancellation clause, and arrangements can be tailored to your needs.
Insurance & Claims
We carry full garage keepers legal liability insurance and workers' compensation, with the client named as certificate holder and a certificate of insurance provided. Coverage runs to property damage, collision and accident per vehicle, bodily injury, general liability with an aggregate limit, and workers' compensation. Full limits on request.
Pre-employment training, on-the-job training and close supervision keep accidents rare. When one happens, the claim gets a response within two business days on professionally printed three-part forms that relieve the property of responsibility, repairs go through a locally contracted body shop, and a trained corporate claims agent handles it start to finish. Across our locations we hold the lowest claim history in the marketplace.
Where We Work
