Express Parking is a valet and parking management company with first class properties, resorts, and garages and mixed use buildings since 1989. As a result of our ongoing relationships, all of our standards and procedures were developed with a customer service philosophy. We presently have over 200 team members at over 25 different properties, through Express Parking and subsidiaries.

With urban sprawl at an all-time high, parking spaces around town are at a premium. Now more than ever, valet parking is viewed more as a convenience than a luxury. It’s a service many businesses are offering their patrons, one that could make the difference when it comes to choosing a place to visit, eat, sleep, or just have a good time.
More and more business owners are discovering their time is better spent perfecting their own services, and leaving the parking to us. We’ve been providing image-enhancing valet services since 1989, and now have numerous locations in the Southeast. Our trained professionals park more than a million cars annually at office buildings, parking decks, country clubs, hotels and resorts, hospitals, restaurants, night clubs, theaters, concert halls, shopping malls and special events.

Express Parking is a personalized service designed to cater to the needs of our clients and their customers. While Express Parking is growing company, we are not new to the service business. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Express Parking was founded on a goal of “great employees equals great service”. Our team members average $10-25 per hour, while the industry average is less than $9.00 per hour. We promote within and allow for employee advancement through the use of joint partnerships. All potential team members are selected based on personality, attitude and service experience.

EMPLOYEES

We hire only responsible, thoroughly trained attendants over the age of 19. All of these attendants go through an eight (8) hour comprehensive training program and must score at least 85% in a written test in order to service your location. All of our employees are security checked and records are held on file.

EQUIPMENT

Professional attractive ticketing and gate equipment. All signs are made by a professional sign company and are designed to enhance and promote your establishment. Attractive, secure key cabinets with a coded lock system that accommodates keys for over 300 vehicles are utilized. Express Parking only uses clean and appealing equipment.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING

Express Parking provides a thorough testing program initiated through the use of its own exclusive video training program and manuals. We will provide a 10-page employee manual customized for your location policies and procedures. All managers are trained with a separate 40-page manager’s handbook. These programs include areas from key identification, policies and procedures to customer service. Without a doubt, this program is the most up-to-date and advanced in the business. The result of this testing are passed on to you and your customers.

UNIFORMS

Express Parking maintains a strict uniform program throughout all locations. A specialized implementation program tailor fitted to your specific needs is available upon request.

STAFFING

All staffing is orchestrated through a personnel pool program, which allows us optimum flexibility in staffing. Two on-call staff members remain available every day of the week to guard against unexpected changes in business volume or emergencies.

ACCOUNTING AND REPORTS

Car counts and revenue reports are maintained at each location and are available for your review to insure that billing and staffing are 100% accurate.

SERVICE CONTRACTS

Service contracts are renewable yearly with a 30-day cancellation clause. Specific arrangements may be tailored to client needs.

ACCIDENT CLAIMS HANDLING

Professionally printed 3 part claim forms with statement relieving you of all responsibility. 1 copy for customer, 1 for claims office, 1 for location.
